In the rare instance where this should happen, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of package for return authorization. A store credit or exchange will be offered. Orders are secure while using our online shopping cart. Normal processing time is 1-2 days of order placement (NOT including weekends and holidays). Every effort will be made to process your order as soon as possible. Orders ship in the order they are received. Refunds will be issued for items that become out of stock at time of shipment.

We gladly ship worldwide. Orders will ship to the address on your Credit Card or PayPal account ONLY. Please be sure to verify this information prior to submitting your order.
We ship all USA packages US Postal Service. First Class shipping is used for packages weighing less than 13 oz and USPS Priority Mail for packages weighing 1 lb or more. We hand deliver our packages to the post office. We cannot be held responsible for packages once they leave our hands and we will not replace orders once they are shipped. All orders will include USPS Tracking. If you would like to purchase insurance for your package, we can offer this option. Please include a note in the Comments Section during the check out process. We will invoice you for the additional cost of Insurance prior to shipping your package. All packages mailed within the U.S.A. are shipped with delivery confirmation for your peace of mind.
Please note that the pre-calculated shipping cost to your country is just an estimate. We may need to invoice your for additional shipping charges after weighing your package. This will help us to continue our business with international buyers and appreciate your understanding. All International Shipping Rates will include a small handling fee. Understand that you may be billed for Customs Charges once your order is received in your country. These charges are outside of our control and are determined solely by the in-county Customs Office.
We hand deliver our packages to the post office. International shipments are not insured to provide the most reasonable shipping fee. If you would like to purchase proof of mailing and/or insurance for your international shipment, you must contact us prior to purchasing for a price quote. International orders that are not received, and which insurance was not requested, will not be replaced.
